On 18th june2020 I have ordered genex galaxy m21 mobile @2999,but still now I have not received any message from mobiletrally,29th June I contact with mobiletrolly customer care no they told your order was cancelled we refunded tell me your debit card 16 digit no I give to them then they are asking otp no 2000 .rs is debited from my account no so I have totally loss 5000 rs.
