My order MOTOROLA G60 (Soft Silver, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM) related problems. The details of all the problems that occurred during this period are given below:-
1. First, the order was placed on 11.07.2022 and commitment for delivery on 15.07.2022 but we have not received the date.
2. The delivery partner left for delivery on 16.07.2022. But my phone is not given, and they say that your old mobile phone is not working properly (i.e.- Yaantra App). While my phone is working properly, some images is attached for your reference.
3. And your delivery partner requested to cancel my phone. And my parcel got canceled without my knowledge. Ref-pic-2
4. On dated 17.07.2022 re-order same phone and same process (exchange offer).
5. And commitment for delivery on dated 20.07.2022. but on dated not received.
6. And next day (21.07.2022) out for delivery shown on online site(Flipkart). But not received.
7. And next day (22.07.2022) same as process repeated by your delivery partner.
8. And next day (23.07.2022) And my parcel got canceled without my knowledge. Ref pic 1
9. And every time delivery man misbehave/aggressive language used.

They are only telling us that my problem will be resolved soon each time without any action or result.
Not expected this from Flipkart and for the above reason I am getting very upset and annoyed with your process.
