I ordered an Apple I phone from Flipkart but the Delivery executive refuses to deliver the product at the committed price. He has demanded me to cancel the product to be returned and had told me that he would not deliver me the product. I have bought this I phone on an EMI, I asked the customer care executive to cancel my order and arrange for the refund of this product but the executive only had a solution that she would get the third attempt done and if the product still remains undelivered the delivery would be cancelled. Since the last two days I have been returning home early to get this product delivered to me and the delivery executive has been refusing to deliver under some or the other pretence. Request your help to either get the product delivered to me or cancelled ASAP before the EMI hits me.
