Text of Complaint by Anil:

I order my mobile phone on jan 7th january and promise date is 11th jan. But order not received and I cancelled my order on jan 14th. My amount is not refunded , it say after two weeks only you receive your return money.
Again I order the same product on 14th jan and it’s promise date 18th jan. But now also product is not received. When I call to customer services they are not give proper response And put me on line for 1 hour. After so many calls I talk with excellence team ( GURAVAYYA గురవయ్య) he is not give proper resonse. Before talk to him his below officer tell me I get order delay compensation. When I ask about this compensation GURAVAYYA (గురవయ్య ) tell me my below officers says the LIE (అబద్దం) to me. But as per the rules of CONSUMER ACT there will be a compensation rule or else when product promise date is delay the product will be given as free by the company. While iam talking to GURAVAYYA (గురవయ్య) he suddenly cut my phone call.
The service is very bad, they don’t give proper response. Please take action on FLIPKART COMPANY and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I hope to receive good response from your side and also I hope the consumer Law take necessary action on flipkart.
