Text of Complaint by Rakesh Kumar Nayak:

I ordered an AC with order I’d OD427815113841030100 on 12th April 2023.& My delivery date was 21st April 2023.On 21st April I got a MSG from Ekart team that Product was out for delivery along with Ekart master number with 3 digit pin.
When I call them they told it will be delivered within 3pm to 5pm.
For that particular reason I taken a leave from office.Bcz there is no one in home who can receive the product.After 4 to 5 pm I again called to that Ekart number but they told that your Postal pin code is not in our service area.So we can’t deliver the product at your door step.
Then I told them as a Flipkart plus member I ordered many more products before to my particular address.After that also they denied to deliver my product.Then I given a Complain at Flipkart Customer care.They assured me that Your product will be delivered as soon as possible.Then Again on 22nd April I got a MSG from Ekart that Your product is out for delivery & it will be delivered Today before 7 P.M.Again I taken a leave from my office for product receiving.
But again the same story arised.They didn’t deliver my product.
After that,I given More than 30-40 complaints to the Customer care.But One thing they are saying,We are Sorry for the problem you are facing,We have forwarded your concern to the higher Authority.Your product will deliver to you with 48 hours.Also they told me Cancel the order & place a new order.

Same thing I heard from every customer care Team from 22nd till Date.
But no resolution provided to me yet.

My Concerns are:-
1-I ordered the product with offer timing,then how can I Cancel that,place a new order?
Can Flipkart provide me the same cost or same things?
2-I taken 2 days leave for this particular delivery only,Who will compensate my 2 days salary deduction?
3- I ordered the product with my card,who will pay my interest?
4- I given many more Complains by taking spending more than 2-3 hours each Day,who will compensate my Time value?
5-I harassed by the customer care Team as well as the Ekart logistics,who will suffer for that?
6-Finally I want my product at my door step within 24 hours with my financial compensation which I suffered for only Flipkart.

Plz take immediate step as soon as possible,otherwise I m going to Consumer forum for this Thing with all the recordings I have & all the Screenshots I have..

Plz do the needful as soon as possible.
