Hi…. I am Umesh Kokkula.
I Ordered “Oppo A 52” mobile on 16th October 2020 at Amazon & it seems delivered on 17th October 2020 as a Prime membership. But still the product has not yet been delivered. When I called to Amazon customer care on 22nd October, they filed a request (Request raised Person name: Fathima)& Started investigation for 5 days. And when i called on 5th day(27th Oct) to get updates on my Order, they are simply telling that “ORDER DELIVERED” & without listening my voice they are simply disconnecting call every time (Tried 3 times and same response)
