i order online a jacket on mytra amount rs. 610 , delivery date 27 Nov 2023, same day delivery delay message received from mytra delay delivery date 1st dec 2023, once i track order i saw mytra update product already deliver , than i log complain on call center they require 4 days time till 2nd Dec 2023.
once complain time limit completed and ask them for update they again ask me product deliver to you and no refund or product i received.
