Text of Complaint by Sanjeev Rathor:

I have placed a ordered on 2nd march 2022. Now after 6-7 days i am tracing that order but it has removed from my order list. Also I have no information about this order cancellation.

This is very frustrating as i have placed this order for a specific day and it suppose to deliver this week. But I am facing this embarrassing situation due to my order got canceled without notification.

If there is any cancellation or the product is not available with Amazon, it should be notify when we ordering that product correct ?
So, Why I suppose to wait for 6 days to get this update that this order is not available with Amazon. ?

There is not point to get the refund if my Time consumed. I was waiting to deliver this order. And when i spoke with Customer care they said “This order is not available so we can cancel this product”
