My Order No. 50221and my mobile No. 9941353794. I Ordered one saree from Rajsimran. But received a different kind of saree and its very old and damaged conditions. I already send the complaint form 2 times but no use. I return the mail also but it also no use for me. I just want to return the saree and need my refund money Rs. 750/- at the earliest.

My order No. 50221 and my mobile No. 9941353794. I Ordered one saree from Rajsimran before 2 months. But received a different kind of saree and its very very old,used and damaged conditions, its packing inside paper its wet conditions and bad smell also camed. I am not received which i ordered saree. (Enclosed the Photos) I already send the complaint form 2 times but no use. I return the mail also but it also no use for me. I just want to return the saree and need my refund amount Rs. 750/- at the earliest.  They are no response any mail and phone calls and complaint form. I request you to kindly arrange to my refund amount at the earliest.

Rajsimran site show all good sarees and send only bad, old, stitched & damaged sarees. They are not responding over phone, mail and through their site also. Kindly take the action to this Rajsimran site.
