My tracking id ITGC0000010646 I am writing to request a return for my recent order, [Order number:-69983], which I received on [Date of Delivery 23/02/2025]. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I found that [The products are damaged,torn,mould formed and missing of product].
The details of the damaged/missing product are as follows:
Product Name: SHIRT
Quantity: 3
Reason for Return: [Damaged:-Shirt is Torn and there is mould formed in shirt/Missing:- I’ve ordered 3 shirt combo but only 2 is received]
I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this issue. Please let me know the next steps to initiate the return process and obtain a replacement or refund.
