Dear Sir my order was cancel without any notifications. My order delivery first attempt on 10 may. Wishmaster came to my address and check my sell back mobile. My mobile value given by flipkart is 8750rs. But unfortunately i have lost my mobile charger so in one check my mobile is fail then my final price after all check is 7650rs. At this conditions my mobile pick up my wisbmaster and the amount is credit to my flipkart gift card wallet. But wishmaster deny my pick up and cancel my pick up because his senior told him if you pick up your mobile yout must take the amount 7650rs from customer or you only take amount and one senior told him reject the pick up.
Then i look for his terms conditions then i see when your amount is reduced by any reason i will have to pay only difference amount but whismaster deny my pick and want full amount from me. I raise many complaint regarding this order whats happen but complaint take by customer care but no solution provide by the flipkart.
So i request you sir kindly invesigate my problem with order and provide solution. Because of lack of information about this service to whismaster senior my order is not pick by whismaster. Please provide me solution as soon as possible.
