I purchased a product on Amazon and it’s not fitting to my car so I raised a complaint to return on 7th October 2022 and till now upto 16th October 2022 i raised my complaint upto 6 time still my parcel was not picked and I also told him that if he tells me where the delivery agent is, I will go myself and give him my parcel no response to that !
i contacted Amazon customer care on 6-10-2022 They are picking up the call, putting it on the hold and cutting it .It happened for the five times immediately in half an hour customer support behaviour is not at all good and they are not at all help full to me
