I ordered some grocery item on 8th April from Flipkart. Order supposed to delivered by 11th April. But still not delivered. When I call flipkart customer service , She transfered the call to her senior ( Neeraj ) they told me that they don’t have any resolution against this harassment. They will try to deliver the orders by 15th April. And also they have no information about this delay and this harassment. The senior customer service agent also told lie to me that his junior correspondence transfered the call because i requested. But this a lie. I want fair Resolution for this harassment.
