I have ordered pigeon favorite 7 piece gift set non-stick coated cookware set costing 1299 rupees on 8th June 2023. Then I got a date of delivery on 11th June 2023 but that day I didn’t received the product and after contacting with executive they told me the delivery executive has tried twice to connect but couldn’t connect so they couldn’t deliver the product. But I haven’t received any call from delivery partner. So after talking with multiple executive my issue didn’t got resolved. And today 14th June the order has been cancelled and after talking with one executive (Sayan), he told me as the shipment is damaged so the product got cancelled. I am asking for past 3 days the reason for the delay. But no one has told me anything about this. Now Sayan (customer executive) saying it is not a big deal you can place a new order.
Is it right for a consumer to wait for 3 more days and receiving the text that you have cancelled the product and the issue has been resolved?
I want justice and compensation for the mental harassment that I have been thorough for these past days. And if I won’t get the resolution then I will file a case in the court as well. I am seeking justice and my other 2 delivery also delayed for past 2 days. Sometimes it is showing out for delivery then the product hasn’t been delivered yet.
Please resolve my issue.
