Just recently I ordered online special offer of Foldable Travel Bag. The offer was for BUY 1 GET 1 FREE. Price was Rs 1099. They have delivered only ONE BAG. I have been sending emails but there is no response to support@familymart.in. they do not have a customer care support number to file my complaint. I want my money back or the second bag to be delivered. Your support in this matter is much appreciated. Thank you.
