My order cancelled with out my concern.two incident happened
1. I have ordered poco f4 5g with big offer.after two days the product in out for delivery status.i was waiting for the product and a call from delivery agent. But suddenly my order status changed to cancelled state.
I have contacted the customer care service.they said, delivery is not possible to that place(padur, Chennai).but I have checked the hub location,that is near to my location only , around 6-7 km.
And again ordered the same product with same offer.
2.the second time,I have contacted the delivery agent earlier and confirmed my product delivery.he said delivery is possible,he will deliver the product with in hours.in that time I have already mentioned that ,if there is no agent available,I will come to Flipkart hub and I can collect my product.but they said,no problem they will deliver the product. So that I was waiting for that product.finally same thing happened, my product cancelled and the offer gone.
Unacceptable service from flipkart.dissappointed. kindly do needful
