I had ordered for product with order number OD123497836882931000 on 28th nov….i requested for call back just to know the status of my order on 03rd dec …post that i logged the complaint on 5 th December that i have not received my order yet….. Flipkart people assured me that i will be getting it by 9th December positively….on 9th i got the call that you be getting it by 10th …December….again on 10th morning i got a call of a lady…that you will be getting your product by 7:00 pm today….this story goes on continuing by 15th December…..again i requested for call and they said please wait till 18th you will surely get it…..and suddenly on 18th i got a msg that i have received my refund for this product…..this is highly unprofessional…who authorised you to keep my money with you for almost 21 days….i do not want refund…i will escalate this to higher authorities….i want to my product to be delivered…for which i am following up and waiting for past 20 days
