My online reacharge failed in airtel app but money debited and airtel not returning back even after 3 months
no response from them, and i don’t have any way to contact them.
i told to customer care representative when then called me to reacharge my number
then i told him about the case i lost my 558 rupees and because of trust on Airtel i recharged again with 558 and it was successful.
now it had been 3 months they don’t even have a customer care to solve customer problems
i don’t know where to inform this
i have lost my 558 rupees and i want my money back.
i have attached the transaction in which this happened
it was made through google pay and i contacted them and they told the amount is deposit to airtels bank account and for refund the Airtel have to initiate it.and asked me to contact airtel
but the Airtel don’t have any facility to solve Costomer complaints
no option in customer care number to contact customer care executive.
i am really frustrated and really feels cheated by them.
they are not giving any number to contact them.
i have read so many cases of recharge like this in internet, so this is really cheating customers and Making them fools by not giving acess to customer care executive to help then out.
