I have placed an product order id 405-7505338-6504360.which was suppose to deliver on 6th of june. I was expecting the order bit early ,this was the second time i was ordering. The customer support team promised me that product will be delivered within 9pm but the product didnt received me after the TAT i called to customer support team but they mentioned that provided delivery address is not able to deliver.This was not even mentioned to me in call either by delivery guy or the other concerned team.I have waited for 1 week for this single piece of product

If the amazon team not able to deliver the product they why they should have promised that order is being placed.This is a false promise and i am really disappointed with this action. I request for the compensation regarding this.
