Text of Complaint by Rajesh kolli:

I made a withdrawal of ₹16000 on 29/30 Jul 2022 on morning itself and then after due to thair bank server down the withdrawal status was showing in pending list. And afternoon when I go for login it’s showing your I’d is locked. I speaking to the executives till date they are saying my banker has chargeback on them and repeatedly saying the same.
