I purchased one plus tv on 23.10.2021…after almost 11 months of use, there were few lines in the display unit…i registered a complaint regarding this firstly on 29th September 2022…then after almost one month on 04.11.2022 one of the service engineers arrived at my residence and he told me that there is a fault in the panel and it needed o to be replaced. After that day my tv become a black box. from that i called several times to customer service numbers but every time they told me that within 24 -48 hours you will get service. I have been cheated by this company and they are trying to make fun of consumers. I am deeply saddened by the behavior of service by one plus. and want strict action against such companies. Very bad service as far as this company is concerned.
