My primary number is 9825807390 9586957390, 9687607390, 7041707390, 7041807390 which was under airtel black plan along with 4 other numbers in addition of that 3 DTH is also registered primary Id of DTH is 3013450026-01, 3013450026-02, 3013450026-03… recently I have been transferred from Ahmedabad to Udaipur and I have requested on your toll free number to deinstalled and reinstalled my 2 DTH connection to Udaipur.. however airtel company has divided all my DTH connection with separate ID ie 3040605410-01, 3013450026-03, and joined with my mobile number 9825807390 and other DTH ID 304060278-001joined with my other mobile number 9586957390… by result all my plan has been destroyed like anything… now I have to pay/ recharge all my stuff individually instead of one..
I want to replace the same with my old plan immediately and resume services of all my mobile as well as DTH connection as earlier before
