Text of Complaint by PK Dharmapalan:

Sir,

On 4.8.20, I made an order 3373 for the item M28 kanjivaram saree  & transferred an amount of Rs.499/-  transferred from my Canara bank account on the same date. Today on 19.8.20 Canara bank had confirmed that the amount 499/- had transferred from my account after my complaint.

2nd order I made an order 3680 on 7.8.20 for the item M55 Kanjivaram saree & transferred an amount of Rs.449/- in your account.

But after completion of 15 days no any information the party. Two orders 3373 & 3680 are pending at their end.

Three times I requested party to provide status of items but neither any information from their end nor item supplied.

Kindly suggest party “Fancy Style Look” (email: fancystylelook@gmail.com)

to dispatch the material against 2 orders or refund an amount of Rs.948/-at the earliest.
