I had bought two jio sims in which I stopped using one since last three months.But today it was showing active on WhatsApp.I am not running the number someone else is using it.I fed up contacting the jio customer service and such bad response from them.The. Call is not being picked up .If my number is been deactivated then I should have informed and if it has not been then it is a serious issue.Please kindly inform me about the connections status.
