Reporting an issue in S1 PRO.
I take delivery for S1 PRO on 31st july. Just 14 days before today(14/08/2023).
Listing my issuing that i ‘m facing.
1) Can’t charge with hyper charger issue with charging port from the same day of delivery service advisor saying it will be fixed after 20 dats after delivery but my friend who take delivery week before ge can charge I don’t get what is the phenomenon is this.
2) Proximity lock calibration has an issue not working from the day to present the app is activated.
3) Having a sound like hammering from the front fork when jumping humb if there are 2 people.
4) Main problem i have got that going charge from 26% to 3% while driving within second changing to park mode after resting going back to 26% same problem after 100 meter distance. after 4 attempts display gone full black and came after charged the vehicle
Not getting proper advice from the Calicut service team and sales team.
