Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I am using a postpaid number last approx 7-8 years
But few months back I am getting network issue which is I have many times raised complaints at vodafone store or by online but issue did not resolve yet. After some time I have visited many times to Vodafone Store to change my number from post to prepaid. But there is always an issue ever CRM is not working or Meerut closed due to covid 19, finally one day my number has been migrated post to pre. per vodafone store customer care executive and said that within five days the number will be activated as a prepaid but right now after 7 day number is not activated…on 9th June i visit the Vodafone store and CCE reply the same words that number will be activated by today evening but right now my number is not activated and i am unable to do my all transaction because my number is registered in my bank accounts but there are ( FV Store) no anyone understand the my problems…i am really disappointed this type of service…
Pls tell me what should I do? I am very upset with your service and false commitment..
