it is more than 45days since my number is not working (+91 9959555713),firstly i though they have deactivated my number, being post paid and i regularly pay the bills, later i discovered the sim might have been damaged and requested a new sim, started sending emails to them with very poor response, so send my relative to airtel begumpet office and even there the response was very poor they wanted me to wait for the email update, after more than 3weeks of followup i sent my wife to the begumpet office and submitted all the documents he needed at the express counter, he gave a new sim and promised to be activated within 7worksing days, was waiting for more than 9 working days and since was not activated she visited the begumpet office again and he requested additional documents, and were submitted to him, even after this it is not activated, and it is more than 45days now i have been following
