DEAR SIR,
With you respectfully sir. i am Akash saxena customer of airtel company.my
no. is not working since 2-3 month without my knowledge by airtel company. i
was going too much time to airtel office to reactivate my no. but they always
give me new sim and take 50 rs. every time. i going 4 to 5 time to airtel
office but they not response me properly. i was complaining to customer
care to resolve my problem. but they were said to me they were not do
anything else if your sim is not working send to airtel office and office staff
said to me talked with customer care. i was circulating 4 to 5 time but they
not give me proper response.
dear sir i am working in private sector and my job is affected by this issue. i
am able to take leave from office so i request to you please resolve my
problem as soon as possible. Airtel Mobile no. 9462277123 has been
registered for SIM change from 8991000907412351718 to
8991000907539133478U, subject to documents validation. but my sim is
not working. my alternate no. is 8882048182 & My mail id is
akashsaxena0909@gmail.com.
