On Friday I processed a request at Airtel store located in Sahara mall Gurugram for converting my airtel postpaid number 9999901219 to a prepaid connection.
My number got inactive on sunday and it is not working since then. It has been 4 days today i have constantly visited and called airtel store but no action has been taken. I have suffered monetary as well as social losses because of this.
