I am using my prepaid number almost from more than 10 years it’s suddenly deactivated 15days back when I visited the Airtel store the employee is telling that the number is registered under some other name and the kyc also done the response and service of Airtel store is worst they don’t response also the store manager dont talk also my Airtel number is linked every where my adhar card my bank after some discussion they are telling this fancy number it’s not be activated but no one is claiming that number number and I don’t know how kyc is don’t when my number was working and it was in my mobile and the Airtel people are not ready to tell when was the kyc done when I purchased the sim I had submitted all the documents properly
