Dear Sir,
I am very much disappointed with the working procedure of VI. I am requesting you all from last 1 month that please provide me my number back which you blocked without any prior intimation. I am regularly visiting VI stores but there is no one who can help. They are saying that they receive my number a week back but when they are putting the number in their system it declines. is there any way that i will recover my number or should i go to consumer court for justice & file a case of harassment which was caused because of you. I have lost around Rs. 60000/- in a month because of you, who will bear that loss.
I did a number of visits to your store & it is around 15 km from my house. It cost me Rs.200 for every visit. I don’t understand how this company is running with such foolish staff, who don’t even know how to resolve someone’s problem.
VI is the worst company that i have ever gone through. Highly disappointed.
