I have purchased this sim more than 10 years back since I am using this number suddenly on 3rd June 2021 the network gone.I visited Airtel store in Vijaynagar bangalore on 5th June 2021 after visiting couple of time the Airtel employee who attended me told that the number is registered under someone’s name it’s not going to activated.when I was purchasing this sim I have given all the documents photo I d proof and how can it’ registered under some one name How come it’s possible the number registered under someones name I am using for more than 10 years the number is registered everywhere to my bank account my pf account my adhar every where I want the my number get activated or else I register the fir in consumer court and I’ll never use Airtel in my life and won’t suggest the worst customer service
