All of a sudden my number got blocked without even informing me, this is ridiculous. I spent my time and money to make it work by reaching out to the airtel distributor still after inserting a new sim I’ve no network on my phone. is this the way you deal with all customers? bloody dam customer care IVR wasted another 30mins of my time and sending this email wasting 15mins without knowing some can help me out or not, this is not good to any service provider wasting CX time and irritating.
