I have a no 9500877671 from past 2019. I get a new sim for the above no on 3.03.2021.it will be activated on the same day. But now the sim is deactivated. When i check in your store the is newly activated as postpaid on 8.03.21 .name and address of the is in other person name . How it will be changed with out my knowledge. I want this no as prepaid with my name.
