Hello everyone
Sorry to say but looking towards to the poor services of Airtel if i will not get proper action in 24 hours then i will do FIR & court case against the Airtel. The matter is simple & clear but now it’s critical . On 15th April my Airtel no. 9812013239 Outgoing barred then i concerned with Airtel customer care team they respond due to Documention pendency of your no. Your Outgoing services barred & go to any Airtel store and show your documents your no. will be resume. On 16th April my incoming service also barred then i Visited to Airtel store in Haridwar because i was out of station the they exchanged my sim card and said your no. will be resumed in 24 hours but nothing happened then i came back to haryana & visited Airtel store kurukshetra on 20th April Mr. Lovedeep handled my case then he respond your no. not activated in our system because you are using 11 Airtel no. That’s why your services suspended Then i said kindly provide the data of 11 no. Of Airtel which I am using but their was no any data provided by him . After my next visit he said with your no. any wrong practice going on then i asked kindly tell me what is the wrong practice going on my no.9812013239 but their is no revert by him he said we don’t know after my next visit then he said kindly show your documents and give me the written application that you are not using any another no. Of Airtel apart from that I did the same but nothing happened till time. So now my concern is it if my documents was incomplete why my number started because i am using this no. in Airtel from previous 04 months & 12 days gone i am unable to contact anybody who will be responsible for my loss because it’s my business no. And I am suffering too much business loss. Kindly revert asap neither I am filling court case to company.
