Sir,
I have a airtel prepaid no 7008539419 which was ported form jio. The no is not working since 24.06.2020 as it is showing no service in phone.
To short out this problem I went to your airtel store at KIIT square, Bhubaneswar,Odisha at about 10 AM. There they asked me to have a token no and to wait for my term. I obtained a token bearing E001 which also reflects that I am the first customer in the que. But they kept me waiting saying that they are busy though there are 5 of your staff present there. As per my view there are 3 more customer are present. When I protested they said that go raise complain and behaved in disgusted manner. So I have to leave that place.
Again at 1am I visited your store near Fortune tower. I have to wait there for almost 30 minutes for my term at out side in hot .but the staff of this counter are good and they replaced my sim and mentioned it will be activated after 6 hours.
Now I am writing this mail to you at 10.30 pm , my sim has not been activated yet.
Is this the service you showing advertisement off. Should I use airtel sim do that your counter staff can abuse me and so that I have to wait with patience in hot summer out side your store.
Again worst thing is that I canot raise complain through other networks no.
Again I mailed to 121@in.airtel you are asking to authenticate the mail id through that no which is not working
