my new dell laptop service tag is not valid in dells official site, so I thing the product is fake. is the amazon doing this kind of fake product to the customer?

I purchased a new Dell laptop from amazon, I got it on 10 june,2021. But while checking the warranty details on Dell’s official site, the laptop service tag is not working.

Is the product fake?.

I need an immediate solution.
