I recharged my account on 26th of April, since then iam facing bad network and slow data speed problems.I complaint to customer servscess multiple times but they arent working on it and they are closing my complaint as solved without my intimation.Till date i cant able to use atleast 10% of data when i need,Today i called to customer services regarding this and a lady named suneetha answered my call and said the above matter and iIquestioned her how this can be possible with out my permission she answered that they have rights to do so.so please take my complaint as serious issue and resolve it.
