My netflix subscription was on 20th sep but they charged me on 19th sep only , it’s an autopay after the payment I cancelled it on 19th only but my money not back, I asked the customer service they are not giving refund and also they modified my billing cycle from backend . I asked about this thing customer representative just she is telling sorry . Whatever things I need refund and dont want to continue those services. Check in the image only it is showing 2 different dates
