My first complain was on 11th may 2019 then next was 13th may 2019 but till now my complain was not resolved a portion came today ie. 14 th of may and told me that due to electrical pole he cant resolve my problem .my question is that if the electric pole will not repair i ll not get my connection? Why jio is depending on local electrical pole? Please give my answer.
