Though due date of my broadband connection is 28 May 2028 my connection has been birds in 16th repeated emails to Appellate, Nodal Officer have elicited no response. Not do I get a bill, to show my usage & other details etc, but only via SMS I’m informed of only my outstanding amount. Account no. of my account is 7037713822
