My name is shashank sharma.I have ordered One Fire Boltt Mercury SPO2 on 14.06.2022 through myntra and the product was delivered on 16.06.2022. While receiving the product was not in working condition. So i thought watch need charging so i put on charge But after put on charging watch blink logo and off continuesly but watch doesn’t turn on. and is neither getting charged nor getting ON.I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site. I have a video of unboxing the product there is everything about watch doesn’t turn on not working. I that video I also send on fire boltt Facebook account. Dear team please help me replace the watch. Please help ??

They are not give any kind of response on messages and emails
