Account Information:
I am an account holder with PostPe company, and I have been facing difficulties in making timely payments for my dues as I have lost my job and given assurity about payment.
Unauthorized Contact with Relatives:
Their agents are calling my family members and others relative for payment where they are using abusive language as I am picking up most of their calls.
Refusal to Provide Information:
Despite my requests, the individual has refused to disclose how he gained access to my contact list.
Consent Withdrawal:
I would like to express my concern regarding the potential violation of the Personal Data Protection Act.
I hereby request to withdraw my consent for PostPe company to use my contact information in any manner that compromises my privacy.
I understand and acknowledge my responsibility to pay the remaining dues to PostPe. However, I strongly condemn the unauthorized use of my personal information, and I request immediate action to investigate this matter.
