my myntra account is deactivated stating due to security reasons. i had received wrong product & on complaining they have deactivated my account. on contacting customer support they told that they cant explain the real reason behind the deactivation but this will be foreever. you cannot use the same account again & even my phone ip adress is also blocked due to which i cannot create another account with another number. without any prio warning they had deactivated my account. this kind of service is provided m=by this ecommerce platform. i need resolution for this misdeed.
