I have made a payment on 14th of July for renewal in rupeek . Till now it’s been 1 month they haven’t activated my account and I called them from one week everyday they just tell me we have generated the request and you will receive a call within 24hr still no work has done. My mother want to part a release one of the gold and also want to pay the interest but the account is inactive . Really pissed off . Everyday I call them twice a day .
