First, the withdrawal of my ID was stopped, then after
contacting the security team I was asked to do the
verification, so I did the verification. After that the
security team was neither responding to any message
nor was there any solution to the problem and on
13/04/27 all the withdrawals that were to be made of my
ID were cancelled and all the money was swindled. I had
301000 rupees in my id which was cancelled by win. I
again applied for withdrawal in which I played the last
game Monopoly and lost 52370 rupees.

Security team this fraud team you are not active. 245000 rupees have disappeared from my account and there is no response from you people.
Why don’t you guys shut down 1win or are you just running gaming apps to steal customer’s money. All of you are thieves, you all have stolen my money together. There are only two reasons for stealing money from the ID, 1st I lose by playing money in some game, 2nd if I do a withdrawal then how did all the money disappear from my ID, why was the money not returned after the withdrawal was cancelled.
