I had taken an online loan from mpocket financial services. His installment was Rs.1049 on November 29. I paid that installment through Phone pay. They said your installment is pending, money was deducted from my bank account. mpocket financial services told me that you should pay the installment one more time. And we will refund you the installment which you have paid before, so I paid the same installment twice again. But my previous pending money was not refunded by mpocket. Customer care does not pick up the phone. There is no response from the front.
