Hello Sir, myself Dharmendra Kumar and i was visit on your website and know the information about Digi Purse Wallet and become a user of this app.
I have 4 Digi purse wallet account.
As per RBI guidance money is not transferred from wallet to account after jan 2018.
I add 5000 rupees in my each wallet at feb 2018. After that i want to used my wallet amount but its not transferable as per RBI but not also used for any other online transaction. I try so many times but not succeed and after i go to help for customer care but they only give me an email address digipursecare@unionbankofindia.com
I send mails at given address so many times but not a single replied come.
I was very frustrated because my 20000 rupees got stuck. I try to recharge mobile that option give in wallet so sometimes its happen but its also not working now. So i want my money which is stuck in Digi Purse Wallet provide by union bank.
