I have taken profit club membership from big bazaar store at Haldia West Bengal in December 2021 and was Tod that money can be utilised for every month 1000 each. Money validity is around 1.5 yrs. but in between Bigbazar stores are shut down and now I m not getting my money refund by any mode. I have utilised only 1000 form it and rest 9000 is visible in my future pay wallet till last week. But same is removed from app. No costumer care number is active. There is no contact available to get the refund.
