My money is deducted from my paytm wallet without my concern. My fastag bar code is 608032-002-0987724 .I hadn’t visit that toll plaza and toll amount was deducted.

I bought a fastag for my car No. WB02N1887.I deposited Rs. 250 with paytm bank and used only once in toll booth and Rs. 10 was deducted there. After that in all toll booths the fastag is showing BLACKLISTED for no reason known to me. Also when checked I found that my fastag is showing balance as zero although enough amount is kept in paytm reserve account. As a result I am unneccarily getting harassed and paytm helpline is so unfriendly that no help is obtained from there. I am therfore submitting official complaint to get rid of this trouble and stop this nuisance which comes with fastags bought frrom paytm.
